TactiBull offers training in tactics to keep you safe and secure. Our training is a blend of proven tactics, real world application, and embracing the warrior mindset. You don't have to be an experienced military operator or cop in order to maintain safety in every encounter. TactiBull Founder and Head Instructor Tim Santoro is a Nevada certified Peace Officer with experience as both a commissioned peace officer and as a private security contractor. His training and experience include:

• Custody and control of criminal offenders

• Field training to officers in officer safety, use of restraints, report writing, and search procedures

• Training in building searches and active assailant scenarios

• Experienced in the handling and use of firearms

• Experience dealing with persons with mental health and substance abuse issues

• Treat assessment and housing considerations of criminal offenders

• Undercover security and surveillance for conventions including Sony Corporation. 

• Providing secured transportation to executives from Chrysler, Kia, and Motor Trend

• Private security consultant for Optum Healthcare. Trained over 100 healthcare workers and clients including threat assessments and active shooter training.

• ASP Tactical Weapon Instructor 

• Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events Instructor 

• Sabre OC Spray Law Enforcement Instructor

• NV PILB Private Patrolman License
